Greetings from Houghton and the Keweenaw!  It's June and summer has arrived. The weather has been great.  2006 is proving to be a busy year.  We've closed a bunch of vacant land parcels and homes already this year, with many more pending for June.  Buyers are looking for homes, vacant land/waterfront, multi-family properties, and businesses.  Our office is leading the entire MLS for sales closed YTD in 2006 by dollars, so give us a call to enlist our services.

We're going to print with a new State Wide Corporate full-collor brochure this month--so, look for another 50,000 copies of it to be distributed throughout Michigan and Northern Wisconsin later this month.  The new Summer Kewee MLS brochure arrived today (6-12-06), so feel free to call, email or stop in for a copy.  Thanks for checking the web site--we're waiting for your call.  We'd be happy to list or sell land or a home for you.

On a side note, if you have not been by our office on Shelden Avenue just west of the Lode Theater, the City of Houghton has removed the street canopy over north Huron Street.  We're still shocked by how much sun light is bouncing around our front door now, so stop by and take a look.  The canopy to the south, up Huron Street, is being removed as we speak.  So, come on in for a cup of coffee and checkout the new street scape.
